PEOPLE · WORSHIP · CARE · STEWARDSHIP
Church management built for how Ghanaian churches actually run — the register, the offering, the departments, the classes, the burials and the weddings — kept in one place that the pastor, the secretary and the treasurer each see their own part of.
Runs on your own hosting — cPanel or any small server — with your own database. Member records, giving and children's details stay with the church. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
THE PROBLEM
None of these are really record-keeping problems. They are problems of nobody being able to see the whole picture at once.
The register is marked every Sunday and added up at year end, so a family that drifted away in March is noticed in December, if at all.
Cash is counted on the day and written in a book. When the board asks what the building fund stands at, somebody spends an evening with a calculator.
Who was baptised, whose child was dedicated, which family is related to which — one long-serving member knows. When they travel, nobody knows.
A SUNDAY, END TO END
Not a list of features — the order things happen in, and who is holding the phone or the tablet at each point.
A tablet at the door. Type a name or a phone number, tap your own face, you are marked present. Ushers count visitors on the same screen.
Each child gets a one-time code and a room. Allergies and medical notes show to the leader. Nobody is released at the end without the code.
Songs, order of service, who is leading, the sermon and its scripture. The song list exports as plain text straight into EasyWorship.
Tithes, offerings, project funds and dues, each against a person or as anonymous cash, with a receipt number. Only the treasurer and administrator can see it.
Who was on the roll and not present. Who has not been seen for three weeks. Which visitor has not been followed up. Each one a task with a name against it.
Written once, sent to the group or to individuals, on the number people actually read — with Ghanaian numbers normalised so 024… and +233 24… reach the same person.
THE PART THAT IS USUALLY MISSING
Giving is the reason most churches never put their records on a computer: everybody becomes able to see everything. Here, the roles are the point.
Enforced on the server, not by hiding a menu. Signing in as a leader and typing the address of the giving page returns nothing.
WHAT IS INSIDE
All of it is built and working today. A church that does not run classes, or does not want the finance module, switches it off in Settings and the pages disappear for everyone.
Members, households, visitors, a printable directory, the whole-church family tree, birthday months and photos.
Door kiosk, service attendance, group and class registers, head counts, and an absence list that becomes follow-up tasks.
Check-in and check-out with one-time pickup codes, rooms by age, allergies, medical notes and emergency contacts.
Who has drifted, who needs a visit, shepherding assignments, prayer requests and a care queue that does not lose people.
Service plans, song library with EasyWorship export, a sermon archive by series and scripture, and announcements.
Tithes, offerings, funds, pledges, projects, and Ghanaian-style dues and levies with part-payments and exemptions.
Baptisms, child dedications, weddings and funerals, with printable certificates and register sheets.
Attendance trends, membership, departments, classes and giving — printable, exportable, and filtered by what the reader may see.
HOW IT IS DIFFERENT
The system sits on your hosting with your database. Your members' names, phone numbers, giving history and your children's medical notes are not on somebody else's server in another country, and they do not stop being yours if you stop paying.
You can download a complete backup of everything, whenever you like, as one file.
Cedis. MTN, Telecel and AT numbers normalised so a WhatsApp message reaches everyone. Dues and levies as a first-class feature, not an afterthought. Branches. Funerals and bereavement follow-up treated as ministry, not as an archive entry.
Harvest, thanksgiving, church-wide levies and building projects all have somewhere to live.
The demo is a full working system. Sign in, add a member, take an attendance, record a gift, and see what the pastor's report looks like without the money in it.
